Hi there everybody,
I promise this one won't be as long as the last! Mexico city was just excellent. The combination of staying with friends and seeing a new interesting city like Mexico is always a winner! Here things are so colourful, hot, vibrant, tasty and most of the time friendly that, like China, you feel you have to see as much as possible!
Since the last update, things have gone from city life to beach life. From Aztec ruins of Teotihuacan and Monte Alban to remote little beaches of Mazunte, ventanilla and zipolite with impressive waves on the pacific coast! I went from Mariachis hearing to turtle watching. In fact tuesday was a day spent with mother nature. We went on this boat trip and swam with turtles (the smile has not left my face since!), seen a couple a wales only 3 to 4 metre from our little boat (beautiful creatures), manta rays jumping and playing in the water, dolphins also having fun and finally, 2 big turtles copulating! I think they might have got a wee bit pissed off when we got the cameras out! Who wouldn't :))) They can go for 12 hours!!!!
Anyway, next it's off to the 'lagunas de chacagua' and then it's up to San critobal de las casas and Palenque! I've paired up with Lili, a swiss girl of spanish origins! SHe's just started travelling so I'm keeping up with that energy you get when you first start! Cos at 9 months my backpack is getting a bit heavier and my legs a little tired! Still loving it though! And how could I not!!!!

PS: might start a campain against mosies though, they seem to have been put on earth to look for me and make my life a misery! ;))))
